Music and dance festival held in the Cap Roig Gardens, in Calella de Palafrugell. Since 2001, it has been celebrated annually, featuring a diverse lineup of national and international artists. The festival generates over 15 million euros and 220 full-time summer jobs.
The Cap Roig Festival is held in summer and is the most important event on the Costa Brava. Cap Roig’s artistic direction and production bring in major names from the music and dance world to the castle and the botanical garden every year. In 2007, the British newspaper The Independent ranked it second on a list of the top 10 summer festivals.
